Yesterday I updated the system (And then again today) and kwallet won't start again.

make sure you don't have/remove kwallet5. Had problems with that staying behind after the plasma6 upgrade recently.

That's the first thing I tried but a bunch of stuff from plasma 5 depend on it. Should I remove?
Anyway, it's now working again after another update and reboot
