vsftpd isn't working

Here's the translation to English:

If I set LISTEN=YES, it gives me the error 500 OOPS: could not bind listening IPv4 socket.
If I set LISTEN=NO, it gives me the error 500 OOPS: vsftpd: not configured for standalone, must be started from inetd.
If I set LISTEN=YES and listen_ipv6=YES, it gives me the error: 500 OOPS: run two copies of vsftpd for IPv4 and IPv6.
