[SOLVED] tmux spews rgba codes

A while back an update seems to have slightly broken my terminal setup. Anytime I open a terminal window, or do something like opening and closing another terminal or mupdf window from within the terminal, it gets an input like

10;rgb:ffff/ffff/ffff]11;rgba:0000/0000/0000/b333

Trying to troubleshoot this has led me to the urxvt manpage that gave me the following clue:

Please  note  that due to bugs in Xft, specifying alpha values might result in garbage being displayed when the X-server does not support the RENDER extension.

Using an empty .Xresources file leads to the same behaviour, though.

Starting urxvt without tmux does work, opening mupdf and closing mupdf works fine. But opening tmux then does get it to spew the rgba code.
Bypassing my ~/.tmux.conf doesn't resolve it either.

I've isolated these config files and certain xft, transparency, colour and font settings now, to no avail. I feel like I'm slowly getting closer but the issue persists.
What could the problem be?

Re: [SOLVED] tmux spews rgba codes

Thank you, not sure how I could have missed that. As soon as I've managed implementing a solution I'll mark the thread as [SOLVED].

Edit: Replacing urxvt with https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/rxvt … ide-glyphs has solved it. Thanks again!
