[BUG] Pacman update undoing configurations

After any pacman update i noticed that it's undoing some configurations, what happened with me was pinned browser tabs simply were unpinned with no reason. I'm using plasma6.

Since pacman never, ever touches your home dir, it's not a pacman issue.
