modules & grub

installation went on fine, but i have problems in setting network... I have CK804 nVidia ethernet controller, but I don't know what is its module ... other problem is connected to GRUB settitngs: how to make Windows HDDs visible?? linux recognizes Win as /dev/hda... (arch is /dev/sda)
