Lenovo Laptop & Wayland will only output to DVI or VGA never both

Hi All,

I am using a Lenovo R500 (Intel built-in graphics) with wayland running KDE Plasma and am struggling to get multiple monitors to work at once, in conjunction with the laptop display. I can plug both in but only the LVDS-1 monitor and DP-1 will work in conjunction. If I unplug DP-1, VGA-1 will come on.

All refresh rates and resolutions are optimal. In Plasma when I go to display configuration all displays show up, are enabled and detect correctly, but only one of the two externals will display at a time.

Physical layout: Laptop > right >> VGA1 is portrait >> right >> DP-1 is Landscape. I want each monitor to extend the next.

I am fairly certain that I have gotten this setup (all 3 displays) working in Sway previously, but I may be mis-remembering here.

Graphics Card:

lspci -k | grep -A 2 -E "(VGA|3D)"

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 07)
    Subsystem: Lenovo Device 20e5
    Kernel driver in use: i915

Outputs:
kscreen-doctor -o

I have tried searching both the Forums and the web at large, mostly I find people using X or having issues with swaylock/swayidle so none of the solutions apply. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could offer some advice to go about resolving this.
