OPENSSL version outdated and pacman donesn't work

HI, so I updated git, curl, and wget, and after that I got an error saying:

/usr/lib/libssl.so.3: version 'OPENSSL_3.2.0' not found (required by /usr/lib/libcurl.so.4)

whenever I try to use git, curl, or pacman. So I rebooted my laptop thinking maybe it wound fix it, but it didn't boot into my desktop.

I have tried:

To run an fsck -f /dev/sda2, in the live arch installer, and, (obviously) it didn't work

I also checked if openssl was there, or not, and it was there, but the version was outdated

I think the issue is that openssl is outdated for curl's requirments, but how do I update openssl when pacman isn't working?

please reply I really need help with this one

So was that a partial upgrade, which is unsupported?

Run from Arch ISO, use pacman with --sysroot. Do a complete -Syu.
