Annoying buzz in headphones when charging after system update

Hi everyone! I updated my system after good few months (mainly because of 'xz' shenanigans) and now my audio is kinda messed up. When charging my laptop and I plug in headphones there's high-pitched noise with occasional major boost in loudness. What's worth noting, when I open nvidia-settings it disappears for few seconds and comes back. Then, when I select 'PowerMizer' option it disappears again, but now it doesn't come back. This app isn't the only one which makes it disappear (but nvidia-settings with "PowerMizer" tab open is the only one which can make it disappear for longer than few seconds)! When I open QMPlay2 it also disappears but comes back after seconds, doesn't matter if I play anything or not. Opening it does *something*, idk. Same thing with Lutris but not with Timeshift or Pinta for example.
I remember I had this issue before, when running nouveau, but installation of proprietary drivers fixed it. Now - even though I changed nothing, just updated - it appears with both.
What I've already tried is to add "nvidia-drm.fbdev=1" to GRUB. I tested whether this sound appears in LiveISO Arco, RebornOS and EndeavourOS. I also added the options "options snd-hda-intel dmic_detect=0 model=alc255-acer,dell headset-multi" to the path /etc/modprobe.d. I also added "options snd_hda_intel power_save_0", to a separate file. I also uninstalled xf86-video-intel. I also checked if it also happens with linux-lts with nvidia-lts and it behaved the exact same.
The thing, I think, worth mentioning is that when I tested these LiveISOs, it was only in RebornOS in which this sound did not occur. It was also the only system that did not load any driver for dedicated graphics card. This, as well as enabling NVIDIA settings and selecting "PowerMizer" tab, makes me believe that this is directly caused by drivers for the graphics card.
I don't know what info can be useful so I would attach anything I thought would be of possible usefulness.
I would love to fix it for both proprietary and nouveau but even if 1 of them would be fixed I'll be elated!
