Monitor setup not work after update and downgrade doesn't fix it

Main external screens no longer work since an update yesterday.

I use the GNOME desktop and have not had any problems using an external monitor.
since an update that also updated the NVIDIA drivers, external monitors are no longer recognized.

Previously, I was able to select monitors via the gnome system settings without any problems and was able to connect them via HDMI cable and have them recognized automatically.

Since the system update, connected screens are not recognized neither via HDMI nor DVI, Displayport or AVG.

I have already tried with other distributions and everything is working fine in Fedora and Ubuntu.
Also in Fedora the many outputs are displayed correctly.

I have had problems with external screens before with other distributions under gnome, but I solved this by restarting.

I have a NVIDIA Quadro P1000 Mobile

What I have already tried:
Of course I have already tried restarting and shutting down without success.

Xrandr does not even give me any of the available outputs in Gnome, but the following output:

    $xrandr
    Screen 0: minimum 16 x 16, current 1920 x 1080, maximum 32767 x 32767
    eDP-1 connected primary 1920x1080+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 340mm x 190mm

    1024x768      59.68
    800x600       59.86
    640x480       59.38
    320x240       59.52

    720x400       59.55
    640x350       59.77

I also tried using KDE, but that didn't work either.
However, in KDE I am shown a selection in which I am shown the screen when connected but cannot select it.
I have tried to display the video output ports with the xrandr command, i am surprised that no output is displayed except for the primary monitor. although my device has both hdmi and display ports and these were also displayed before the update.

When I run the xrandr command in Arch under KDE the ports are shown correctly but not connected, no matter in which of the ports I connect the screen it is not recognized as connected.

In KDE I get:
      ~]$ xrandr
    Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1920 x 1080, maximum 16384 x 16384

I don't understand what the problem could be?
That's why I would like to know if someone else has the same problem?

I have found several other persons having external screens issues after updating in the forum.
Multiple monitor setup on Xorg issues. https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=295071 and
Second monitor does not work after update and downgrade does not help https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=295064
But there are no answers there either.

I think that it is a problem with the update but I don't understand why downgrading is not fixing the issue ?
