Issue with tensorflow-cuda 2.16

Ran update few days ago and it picked up tensorflow-cuda 2.16.
After the update, I am getting this issue:

Reverting to 2.15 resolved my issue.
The application I am using is BlurExterminator plugin for PixInsight.
Should this version be reverted from 2.16 back to 2.15 in the repo?
