Boot stuck at /dev/nvme0n1p2: x/y ffiles, z/q blocks

Recently, my Arch system got [https://imgur.com/a/LkjFJHr]stuck after I needed to shut it down because it froze during utilization. Basically, I was working with many tasks open when it froze—it stopped responding to my input, but for example, youtube was still playing a 1-second loop in the background. After that, I encountered the issue shown in the image.

Can you still boot the multi-user.target (2nd link below)?
Otherwise boot the install iso, mount the root partition of the intalled system into /mnt

LC_ALL=C pacman --root /tmp -Qkk | grep -v ', 0 altered files' > /tmp/howbadisit.txt
cat /tmp/howbadisit.txt | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st # you'll need internet access for this
