Frozen after resuming from suspend

After resuming from suspension, by hitting a random key on the keyboard, the system would wake up, but I would get no signal to the monitor or USB devices such as keyboard or mouse. I know this because I have a little LED light that indicates if my keyboard has Numlock enabled/disabled and it would not light up if I press it. The mouse has light but I think that's just the onboard memory, it just needs power to light up.

Interestingly, this only happens if the PC slept for hours, if it's short like 30 minutes it resumes fine.

This has been happening since about 1.5 weeks.

Everything is up to date.
