during the boot, when it shows the triggering uevents part, I get a black screen. same happens with the arch livecd. so I appended nomodeset to the grub parameter, and it boots fine. but adding it causes hyprland to not start. I have a rx 570 with mesa drivers. this is what I have in my boot parameter amdgpu.ppfeaturemask=0xffffffff nowatchdog mitigations=off. this thing started happening a few days ago. I haven't installed anything at that time to cause it.

Do not reboot w/ the power button, use ctrl+alt+del (frenetically) or https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Keyboa … el_(SysRq)
Then, from the "nomodeset" reboot, post the journal of the bogus boot (-1 means "one boot ago")
sudo journalctl -b -1 | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.stOffline
this is for -1 http://0x0.st/X8h4.txt and this for -2 http://0x0.st/X8hJ.txt I forgot which one caused trouble. so basically. after I set the nomodeset and boot, and then reboot again, I can boot into hyprland. also I rebooted way too many times with the power button didn't knew that ctrl alt del. I checked the disk with btrfs check in the liveiso and it said no errors. is it gonna cause me some serious problem now that I have restarted with the reboot button too many times?

I should have one of the logs without nomodeset.

I should have one of the logs without nomodeset.
The -2 log is without `nomodeset` but `amdgpu.ppfeaturemask=0xffffffff` is being used. I wanted to see if removing that parameter in addition to not using `nomodeset` changes anything in the journal.
