Impossible to drag items to panel in kde plasma 6

Hi there,

I have a side panel with "Icon-only Task Manager" and auto-hide enabled.

When I want to drag a file from one window to another, I would like to drag it to the side so that the panel appears, allowing me to drop it into the desired application/window. This worked in Plasma 5, but I cannot do it in Plasma 6.

Am I missing something?

I can confirm the behavior on both X11 and Wayland. Pulling a file or folder from Dolphin to the border of the screen where a hidden task bar should pop out results in nothing happening.

KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.2.0
Qt Version: 6.7.1
Kernel Version: 6.9.2-arch1-1 (64-bit)

This used to work in KDE 5. We could wait for Plasma 6.1 and file a bug report if it's still there at the same time next month. Or you could dig through the changelogs now and file a bug report upstream.
