Random Freezes on my Dell XP13

I am running

Every two weeks or so, I get a screen freeze. Usually, my browser (Chrome) freezes first, then other applications. Finally the mouse becomes unusable and only a hard restart solves the problem. Here is a journal log covering the freeze and reboot:
