One of my GPU fans is constantly stuck at 100% speed. I have tried setting the target speed to e.g. 30% through the "enable GPU fan settings" tick box, but the RPM stays the same. The strange thing is that the other fan works fine. The target speed was defaulted to 30% and does speed up when I increase it.
Is there maybe some setting that I'm missing that needs to be enabled? Thanks in advance for any help.
