[SOLVED] High temp + CPU usage on new system

I was using Arch Linux without any problems at all, but for some reason, I decided to format the system and install Arch Linux again, saved my dotfiles and my official and Aur packages as text files, and jumped to installing Arch again.

Did everything according to the installation guide, after that I began to set up my BSPWM WM and dotfiles, enabled hardware acceleration in the system, and Chrome and Firefox.

Everything was looking good until I tried to do any of these things
- Open Firefox or Chrome = High CPU and temp even if just refreshing any page, not only YouTube.
- Open vs code, and run `npm run next dev` = High CPU and temp  when loading any page in the web app
- htop jumps to 30-40% CPU usage!!!
- Compiling packages with Yay

The temps reach 99C on all 4 cores
All of these things didn't exist in my previous system, And I don't think I missed anything in my configuration.

The only difference is I replaced my GPU which was Geforce 8400 GS 256MB VRAM to GeForce 210 1G VRAM but what I suffer from is high CPU usage and not GPU

This my system info
```
OS: Arch Linux x86_64
Kernel: Linux 6.9.2-arch1-1
CPU: Intel i5 2400 4 cores 3.40GHZ
GPU: Geforce 210
Memory: 16GB
Swap: 32GB
```

Re: [SOLVED] High temp + CPU usage on new system

I replaced the thermal paste and got a new Air cooler, everything has become even better than my old system!
The problem was solved with a new thermal paste only with no need of a new air cooler.
