[SOLVED] plasma-nm applet disappeared from system tray!

I cannot find anymore my plasma-nm in the system tray.
It is neither listed nor shown in the system tray, no matter whether I re-install it.
System settings of course show the available connections.
Any hint?

UPDATE
Instead of reinstalling I had to:

1. remove plasm-nm

2. logd out plasm

3. log back in

4. install plasma-nm

5. log out and back in

Not a real solution (as I don; t get the problem), but now it is back.
