Pacman slow download speed (solved)

I'm doing a fresh install of arch and my download speed is locked at 200 kib/s, how do I update my mirrors while doing a fresh installation?

I've very recently had the same issue, and it turned out to be my Wifi for reasons I still haven't figured out. However, I also recommend using reflector, which seth already linked above.
