TP Link UB500 Not working on boot Unless plugged and Replugged

So I have made sure I have bluez and bluez-utils and I am up to date, but weird thing keeps happening where lsusb doesn't show the device after a reboot but if I unplug the device and plug it back in no matter what port on the computer it is it will then work. This isn't too big of a nuisance but I switched to linux to have stuff just work and if it doesn't make it just work so I don't want to have to do this every time I turn my computer on. Thanks in advance for any help
