Odd KDE taskbar problem where my icons go away sort of

Just got Arch installed, and really excited to start using it and learn so I can contribute to the community. Currently I am not very experienced and I am still learning about Arch and Linux as a whole, and I'm getting this really funky issue, here is a Video of the Issue. Any help is greatly appreciated ! Other programs are also quite messed up
