Steam lag, Ark survival evolved White screen,

Hi im having some problems troubleshooting my laptop for gaming, i got an AMD (VGA) integrated card, and an Nvidia RTX 3050 ti (3D). Im using nvidia prime (prime-run) and for programs such as blender it works perfectly.

Im trying to use steam, but each time i use another window or just move a lot arround steam, it just starts freezing. I was capable of installing Ark survival evolved (had to reboot 4-5 times while downloading since it was freezing)

When i run it, i can see on my nvidia-smi that its running. Client works fine, and all, until i create my pj and click on "Create survivor" then its just a flat white screen in 3:4 (my monitor is 16:9) and i feel like im blocked, maybe someone help me out a bit
