Bluetooth earbuds doesn't switch to AAC audio codec by default

So I am using oneplus bluetooth earbuds, which works best when it uses the AAC codec (A2DP sink). However when I open a game my earbuds automatically switches to mSBC , cVSD and other codecs. I want my earbuds to use AAC by default and I don't want it to switch to a different codec (because it will not work). I am using pipewire with wireplumber. How can I fix this problem ?
