[SOLVED] touchscreen not working during boot (LUKS unlock) in 6.7.6+

hey guys,
does anyone else encounter issues with touchscreen during LUKS unlock (initrd). Was/is working fine until 6.7.5.
Touchscreen is working fine in normal system even with latest kernel, so it seems to be initrd/mkinitcpio specific.
I have tried adding all possible relevant modules into mkinitcpio.conf. Doing diff between 6.7.5 and 6.9.5 list of kernel modules in running system did not show any significant difference.
I am lost...any help is appreciated.

HW: microsoft surface go 3
last working kernel: 6.7.5

aaand of course I got it working shortly after posting..it ended up being a modules issue afterall..for reference, working modules:

MODULES=(pinctrl_sunrisepoint intel_lpss_pci intel_lpss i915 intel_hid intel_ishtp_hid intel_ishtp intel_ish_ipc mac_hid usbhid hid_multitouch hid_generic i2c_hid i2c_hid_acpi xhci_hcd)

"pinctrl_sunrisepoint intel_lpss_pci intel_lpss" turned out to be important..
