No signal to monitor w/o nomodeset kernel param w/ Arc A750 GPU

I recently installed Arch on a desktop machine with an Arc A750 GPU and an ASUS Pro WS W790-ACE motherboard. I get no signal on my monitor after booting when I don't pass "nomodeset" as a kernel parameter. I am able to see the boot menu and boot into Arch, and I am able to see systemd startup, but my monitor goes dark during/right after this process and I lose signal.

I've tried adding "i915", "intel_agp", and both "i915" and "intel_agp" to the initramfs, none of which worked. Passing "video=SVIDEO-1:d" as a kernel parameter didn't work either. Additionally, I found an old forum post saying to pass "acpi_backlight=vendor" as a kernel param, but that didn't solve my problem. Neither did disabling UEFI fast boot.

I experienced the same problem with the live installation USB when installing Arch, and I got around it by passing "nomodeset".

Kernel version: 6.9.5-arch1-1

journalctl logs from bad boot, fast boot disabled, "MODULES" in mkinitramfs.conf is empty:

journalctl logs from good boot, fast boot disabled, "MODULES" in mkinitramfs.conf is empty, with "nomodeset" kernel param:
