So I have a USB PnP Microphone from Fifine that stopped being detected by my laptop. It is odd since it worked a week ago just fine and my other arch installation on my other machine detects it just fine. I have no real clue how to go about even solving this and I would like to avoid reinstalling arch or at least leave that as a last resort. I also would like to mention my internal microphone works fine.
This is what I get when I do:
inxi -Fxz

I find it strange since on my other machine that does detect it just fine, it detects it and shows me for the device:
Device-5: JMTek LLC. USB PnP Audio Device
driver: hid-generic, snd-usb-audio, usbhid type: USB bus-ID: 5-2:2

sudo dmesg | grep usb

As I was about to do this, I had thought of doing:
sudo pacman -Syu
and it just got fixed...?
I have no idea why that fixed it but it did...
