Terminals slow on startup

Hello! I've installed Arch on a vm (vmware) and I've noticed that every single terminal (apart i3-sensible-terminal) is slow on startup, i've installed and used arch before and everything seems updated and correct, it's a new installation the only thing i added are terminals, alacritty, kitty etc

Searched online but can't find a proper solution
Anyone can help?

You are running GPU accelerated terminals in a VM that potentially has no, to very little GPU acceleration capabilities. If it's really just slow on startup (and if "slow" means 25 seconds DBUS timeout), which graphical enviroment are you starting and how are you starting it?
