I cant get my steel series nova 7x to work

so i have tried everything with pulse audio and pipe wire to get this to work and searched hundreds of forums to get this too work but i can only get the bluetooth side of this headset to work but not the type port on the headset its self to work i just installed this os 2 days ago and i really can no figure it out

all i want to work is when i connect the head phones to a usb port is for me to be able to select them in pulse audio and use them

I could be wrong, but I think you are barking up the wrong tree.

A quick look at those seems to indicate the "USB" connection is used for charging the batteries in the headset.  In addition, there is an analog link which, like many other on the ear headsets, use the USB mini connector to bring out the headphones and mic.  This requires a cable that has a phone plug on one end and a USB shaped connector on the other (https://www.amazon.com/MCSPER-Adapter-H … ref=sr_1_2).  The headset can charge from the computer, but it will never enumerate on the USB bus.  It needs to plug into a phone jack for analog audio.
