This weekend, I witnessed a harassment incident on the AUR which resulted in a upstream developer leaving the Arch community in disgust.
Arch COC documents only appear to cover social media, e.g. forums, wiki, irc. There is nothing here referencing AUR.
I don't want to make this ugly situation worse, but if there is a standing COC review team, I feel this incident should be brought to their attention.
Where do I go from here?

The CoC covers the AUR aswell and also it is moderated by the Package Maintainers.
If you want to link the interaction here you can do it, otherwise feel free to contact me (gromit@archlinux.org) or any other member of the AUR moderation staff (https://archlinux.org/people/package-maintainers/) over the problematic user.

My suggestion would be to bring this up on one of the AUR mailing lists, probably AUR-requests https://lists.archlinux.org/mailman3/lists/?page=2
The forums are not the correct venue for this as not all the players are here.
Edit: I will defer to Gromit on this one.
