Getting octopi Notifier to autostart on MATE

I have a ~/.config/autostart entry:

[Desktop Entry]
Name=Octopi Notifier
Icon=octopi
Exec=/usr/bin/octopi-notifier

But nothing happens. octopi-notifier doesn't start with the desktop.
