lspci slow output - acpi / firmware issue ?

When i open a terminal and type lspci it sometimes needs 3-5 seconds to display its output. Checking the journal yielded the following errors during the operation:

Jul 15 06:20:39 MSIThin kernel: ACPI Warning: Time parameter 250 us > 100 us violating ACPI spec, please fix the firmware. (20230628/exsystem-141)

Jul 15 06:20:46 MSIThin kernel: nouveau 0000:01:00.0: DRM: channel 0 killed!

So I guess something is not working right with the nouveau module or acpi. What should I do ?

Edit 3:
I installed the nvidia driver, so I don't get error messages anymore related to nouveau. However lspci is still sometimes slow and I  get the acpi error message

MSIThin kernel: ACPI Warning: Time parameter 250 us > 100 us violating ACPI spec, please fix the firmware. (20230628/exsystem-141
