KDE 6.1.3 Desktop Freezing not Applications though [Solved]

SOLUTION

Turns out systemctl revealed complaints from kdeidletime5 which was the culprit a reinstall of that or kdeidletime6 has since resolved this.
Anyonefacing the same issue double check htop and if a process is consuming a unreasonable amount of resources check systemctl status and your logs for any errors

EDIT Temp SOLUTION I believed this had resolved my issue however it is reocurring

it appears my enviroment variables were still in my enviroment file and were causing this issue

# QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME="wayland;xcb" < I believe this was the problem
# GBM_BACKEND=nvidia-drm
# __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia

these variables were added to try wayland before the explicit sync update for nvidia drivers and kde

Hi

So after a recent update my application panel and the desktop where all the folders are is frozen, is incredibly slow to respond or is freezing soon after boot and login.
but applications themselves will run just fine and i can launch them from when i put my mouse in the corner and it zooms out to show me desktops.

I tried removing all configs from my config folder this seemed to work but i put them back afterward then deleted the just kde folder and then the plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc then just was using my system and the previously mentioned issue reocurred after using the desktop editing functionality

Oh also this problem seems to occur with x11 too

KDE Plasma Version - 6.1.3
KDE Frameworks version - 6.4.0
Qt Version -6.7.2
kernel Version - 6.6.40-1-lts (64-bit)
Graphics Platform - Wayland

CPU - ryzen 9 5950x
memory 32GB i think ddr 4 3200
Graphics card - nvidia RTX 2080 super
Gigabyte Motherboard - x570 UD

Wayland has been fantastic and i don't want to go back also sorry to bother people but i am a little lost here and not in the best position to figure this out on my own Thank you to anyone who helps for their time with this especially considering how busy many in tech are i assume

also according to htop /usr/bin/plasmashell --no-respawn is pinning an individual core to 100% usage
