how to change kernel in linux instalation

i want to change from linux to linux-zen in my pc, but i dont know how, is there even a way to do it?

Sure, you install it and configure your bootloader to use it, the same way you did when you installed the other kernel.

no - but use grub-mkconfig after you installed zen kernel so it gets picked up and a new proper config is created
don't edit grub.cfg yourself
