[Resolved]ixer not being able to adjust sound in Dell inspiron 15 3035

Hello recently i started using this laptop as my main machine but there a problem, I am unable to change it's sound level using the command

amixer set Master 5%

in my previous laptop this command works flowlessly, i also tried using pnmixer but it was unable to detect the sound card.

Please help

If this issue is for you go to https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PulseAudio

And install the main packages named starts with pulseaudio if you miss some library it will be installed through these packages also consider your usecase
