Re: kernel26-km obsolete

Looks like upstream haven't released a new version since june 2005 .

The main question to be answered is : does the module still work with 2.6.19 ?

If not, please submit a bug/feature request.

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

(A works at time B)  && (time C > time B ) ≠  (A works at time C)

Re: kernel26-km obsolete

Ok, I did 3 things here:
* Patched it against their CVS so it builds on new kernels (the latest release didn't)
* Renamed the module from kernel26-km to just km, as it causes confusion with out kernel naming scheme.
* Put it in [testing] built against the 2.6.20 kernel.

While you may not want to run testing, I'm sure you could use the PKGBUILD and change the _kernver param just to see if it all works.
