Ok, here's the thing, in a very few days i am going abroad for some time(a couple of months); as far as i know i won't have internet access, or any machine with arch on it.
I wonder what shall i do about my AUR packages..., i know i don't update them very often, but anyway, i guess it's not good idea to leave them alone without possibility to update when, for example, i get e-mail about one of them.
I think about disowning them. Started this topic also for people to check my packages, maybe someone will take them, guess i will disown on February 14, at the latest.

Send a mail to tur-users with a list of the packages you're disowning, and your expected return date. I would expect that anyone who adopts and updates your packages while you're away will be happy to return them to you when you get back - assuming you want them back, that is.

not sure if i want them back really, personally i care about only few of them, and i'm not a good maintainer, so maybe they will go into better hands; second thing is that i don't know when i'll get back, guess i will just disown them and they'll be on AUR waiting for someone to adopt them. maybe i will get a computer abroad, look on AUR someday and take back orphans that were once mine.
guess anyone can see my packages on AUR now and decide to adopt them or not(not only TUs).

OK. FYI, though, tur-users is a general mailing list about the AUR, not exclusive to TUs - hence my suggestion.

I will take xmms2 if it's okay for you.
