Sound muted after boot

After an update on ~7.06, each time I boot,
I must toggle mute key twice or run `alsactl restore` to get sound.

Volume bar in `pavucontrol` is not muted, and the laptop speaker is the default output device.
`alsamixer` auto-mute is disabled.
`alsa-restore.service` is activated at boot.
