I deleted PKGBUILD, how to reinstall?

I was trying o solve an issue I was having with yay because I didn`t have the necessary permissions as I installed it by root (oops), but root wouldn`t allow me to use makepkg -si. Somehow I decided that deleting PKGBUILD and reinstalling would fix everything, because I thought it was the package I was trying to get throught makepkg -si. Now I know it was a rookie, as PKGBUILD isn`t the root of the problem

Sorry if it`s a dumb problem, and I`m more than willing to give more details if necessary.

boot archiso and restrap base and base-devel - should get the system back in working condition
