I am using pipewire
I was in system settings, audio mixer when I scrolled and now all of my audio controls are gone. I can't select audio devices or anything. I restarted and still no sound.
PLease help.
I don't even know where to begin looking and there are multiple audio issues online so I'm not sure where to start poking.
Checked Pipewire in console:
[Sheila:~] $ pipewire
[E][01038.284863] mod.protocol-native | [module-protocol-: 784 lock_socket()] server 0x55987b47b190: unable to lock lockfile '/run/user/1000/pipewire-0.lock': Resource temporarily unavailable (maybe another daemon is running)
[E][01038.285339] pw.conf | [ conf.c: 603 load_module()] 0x55987b438150: could not load mandatory module "libpipewire-module-protocol-native": Resource temporarily unavailable
[E][01038.288219] default | [ pipewire.c: 124 main()] failed to create context: Resource temporarily unavailable
Also reinstalled all Pipewire packages in package manager..... waiting for results....
No effect.
I have disabled and enabled pipe and plumber at Systemctl to no effect.
I am also considering switching to pulse, but I am unsure if there is another underlying issue. Pipewire should be working fine, as it has been, and seems to be the more advanced, but here I am uncertain as well.
I'm really lost, now.
Should I post somewhere else?

Okay, it turned out to be a wireplumber fix. Disable, delete settings, re-enable. Might be a temporary fix, so I'll set a timer on this post for a day and see if it shows up again.
