My system just randomly reboots and i cannot figure out why

Been using arch and non stable distros for a while. Now all of sudden my system started rebooting randomly and i am not able to figure out why. Initially i tought it was related to audio drivers (cause it happened whenever i used obs-studio or lmms) but it is not reproducible... if i purpusefully open them it not always crashes immediately, and some time it does not crash at all. On journactl i could not find any clue of those reebots. I checked my disks, my ram and my temperatures, all seem to be fine. I switched to linux-lts but after some time it happened another reboot. I cannot understand what is faulty.
I'm on a ideapad laptop. I'm going insane

The bad commit seems to have been backported into the LTS tree, so you have to downgrade the kernel.
