[Solved]My laptop randomly restart

Before the reboot, network manager is the last service shown in journal.

If the system reboots cold, large part of the journal will not have been synced to disk and you're likely just seeing whatever logs the most frequently - in this case a signal quality update which happens every 3s (what's excessive tbw. but I dn't suspect it to be the cause of or related to the reboot)

Sorry for the late reply.
Following the suggestions on that thread seem to work (I haven't try the patch but revert to 10.2 seem to be stable)
I'll mark as solve for now.
