tofi Configuration [SOLVED]

I'm having trouble configuring tofi, the "dmenu / rofi replacement." I made a file

/.config/tofi/tofi.conf

and when I try to run

tofi -c .config/tofi/tofi.conf

, the terminal seems to be running a program and I'm unable to type. I'm wondering if I'm missing a dependency or something. Tofi is installed and it runs fine, it's just the default theme. I've also placed the above code in the

hyprland.conf

with both

exec

and

exec-once

and both seemed to run a program in the background and I couldn't type anything in any windows, not just a terminal. Any help would be appreciated! I'm still learning tongue

I'm using hyprland 0.42.0-1

Re: tofi Configuration [SOLVED]

I figured it out, just had to read a bit more, whoops! The config file has to be placed in "~/.config/tofi" and be named "config". Easy fix, sorry.
