Issues with display after fresh install

Greetings! So I've just installed Arch linux, and also I've installed Nvidia drivers using this guide (https://github.com/korvahannu/arch-nvid … tion-guide).
nvidia-smi and brightness works well, but I got issues with Display. I can't change its refreshrate to 165, as it's stuck on 60 (doesn't even let me change). Please help?

Why in the world would you use some random 3rd party guide instead of just reading the NVIDIA wiki page? There are a number of things wrong with that guide, what did you actually do?

Tbh, I'm not that newbie, so I could fully understand the things written in that guide. Although, idk if it might help, but the problem persisted even before using that guide and reading the NVIDIA wiki page.
I did exactly what it's written in that guide
