Audio loopback to microphone without setup

I just install Arch Linux month ago. After setup pipewire and other components, checking microphone for effects reveal that my output somehow loopback to microphone even if I not setup anything related to that yet.
I'm using Pipewire as audio server with pipewire-pulse installed. Audio port is combined headphone type, and laptop model is MSI Katana GF76 11UD.

I found this topic with similar issue but not yet answer.

Post the outputs of

aplay -l
arecord -l
amixer -c0 #Or whatever's the index of the correct card
pacmd list cards
#During the issue
sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*
pactl list sources
pactl list source-outputs

. This normally "just happens" if you have hardware level support for it, and some control is relevantly misconfigured by default.

You have easy effects running it's very easy to misconfigure that/not properly move audio streams of something recording (please repost source-outputs while actually recording something) to the correct source so that it's not accidentally running off of the easyeffects loopback source, can you try to ensure that's not involved? fwiw with regards to cards I actually meant
