Pipewire and headset's mic

How to use headset microphone on pipewire? I use regular Sennheiser Cx300S, when connected only built-in microphone from laptop works, microphone sound from headphones is absent, please tell me what to do?

The more interesting output for a mic would be

pactl list sources

what's your exact laptop model? Chances are you need to try different HDA models, like dell-headset-multi or so: https://docs.kernel.org/sound/hd-audio/models.html

Which you could test with /etc/modprobe.d/hdaModel.conf

options snd-hda-intel model=dell-headset-multi
