error to start xfce4

Hello. I'm trying to start xfce4, but it gives me an error:

/home/user/.xinitrc : line 9 : exec xfce4-session : not found

waiting for X server to shut down FreeFontPath:FPE "usr/share/fonts/misc : unscalde" refcount is 2, should be 1

Can anyone help me? i remember that for xfce, the command is "xfce4-session". It's false?

Re: error to start xfce4

Do you actually have xfce4 installed? 'exec xfce4-session' in your .xinitrc should work.

Is 'user' your actual username?

Where is your .xinitrc located?

Re: error to start xfce4

xfce is more than xfdesktop wink
install xfce by pacman -S xfce4. that should give you all what you need.
