This section states:
Warning: It is generally not a good idea to run unattended updates via systemd, as the applications can get new permissions without the user aware of the changes.
From the text I understand that by doing it manually ("flatpak update" without using "--noninteractive --assumeyes") one can be aware of changes in permissions. However, I've never seen that, and I've been able to find information about it.
The wiki is silent on the subject, and I think it is relevant. Therefore, I would like to encourage clarification on whether one can be notified of permission changes when updating, or if it is necessary to use other commands to diff before and after upgrading.
