Obs flickering on hyprland (on this specific dotfiles)

i have obs flickering on this specific dotfiles

but when i use other dotfiles or just vanilla hyprland obs works perfect.

i have even asked the creator of these dotfiles for help but he also wasn't able to solve my issue.
