I use (and have done for several years) synergy to make use of my keyboard and mouse across multiple systems. The client systems use their own dedicated monitor (and one is fairly recently added to the mix, being my works laptop running Windows 11). The laptop isn't the problem. I have a mini PC running Arch (my main desktop, and the host also runs Arch).
Never had any problems until recently, but now, from time to time, if I'm using my desktop, the mini PC send the monitor momentarily into stand by, then immediately wakes up again. I know that there is a setting to disable screensaver, though I have no screensaver installed nor enabled.
It's not the end of the world, but if anyone knows how to stop it I'd be grateful.
I mentioned the Windows laptop deliberately, because as a client, the Windows machine doesn't exhibit this behaviour. (I use it when working from home with no problems)
This is a recent change to behaviour, in that it didn't used to do it, but I can't pinpoint when it started (I've just been putting up with it).
