need advice for wifi 7 laptop m.2 card

HI, I am planning to upgrade my network to wifi7, which device has more features and works with linux ? I have intel 12 gen laptop. intel be200 luck of AP mode. MT7925 or QCNCM865 which better? do you know any others ?
